Excellent hotel with great decor. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast basket they deliver to the room.
Cozy warm people clean's room
I stayed here with my husband for a weeklong vacation and we had a blast. The rooms are a well appointed cross between rustic and trendy modern and right in town. Most places your want to go to shop or eat are a short walk or bicycle ride from there. The staff was hospitable, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They serve a delicious continental basket of fresh baked goods, fruits and juices to your door daily, which made for a nice snack on our hikes. The restaurant, Picnic Social, is a casual setting with excellent food. The weekend brunch is phenomenal and did not disappoint--best breakfast in Stowe! Many thanks to Will and the rest of the Field Guide staff! We hope to visit again!
This hotel was a breath of fresh air. So many little extra amenities that made a long trip end on quite a high note - Apple TV, breakfast basket delivered to the room, relaxing bath tub, shuffle board in the lobby (which was great on the rainy night) coupled with great local beers at the bar. Wish we had more than one night to stay because I enjoyed it that much!
Love Lark Hotels. Stayed here after staying at another Lark Hotel in Portsmouth, NH. It was the perfect lodge while staying Stowe. What was awesome was even though there was no breakfast they left a breakfast basket outside the door around 8am every morning. The basket included: muffin, bread, juice, and a parfait one morning. It was very good!! The lobby downstairs was super comfy. Definitely recommend if exploring Stowe or skiing during the winter.
