I've been a customer for over 15 years and since it was sold to GAW, I've had nothing but headaches. When I tried to transfer my domain to Go Daddy they shut down my email without giving me the transfer code I needed. They did this on a Friday afternoon and had no tech support to deal with the problem over the weekend. Now it is Monday afternoon and they still haven't gotten around to giving me the code. They are holding my email account hostage!
