The fish and seafood - from smoked fish to salmon and tuna to shrimp cocktail - is all wonderfully fresh, perfectly cut, and impeccably presented. And the meat - in every form they present - is hard to beat. We had the most tender, fresh, and flavorful tenderloin for a Christmas Feast that could not be beat.
