Short story, don't use De Noia's dry cleaners. In the same service I had 8 dress shirts dry cleaned. They ripped 4, yes four of them! all on the arm. When I brought the shirts back to complain and ask for some kind of credit, they said it was regular wear and tear and they would'nt credit me anything. One of the shirts was only about a month old and it was the 2nd time it was dry cleaned. Quality shirts too, 2 brooks brothers, 1 Joesph and Abuud and I forgot the 4th. This a small town, bad idea for a business owner to lie to a customer and blame the customer for the problem.
